Not every release goes everywhere
Some platforms have genre, territory, content or technical restrictions. A release may be eligible for one service and not another.
Need a specific platform?
If a particular platform matters to your campaign, mention it before delivery so support can confirm the current availability.
Types of platforms
Services may include on-demand streaming, downloads, short-form video libraries, social music features and other eligible channels. A platform can support only certain release types, territories or usage rights, so an identical distribution list is not guaranteed for every project.
Delivery versus visibility
Even when a platform receives the package, it may decline, restrict, delay or change how the recording appears. Search indexing, artist-page mapping and local availability are separate from the technical delivery step.
Ask about a specific service
If a particular destination is essential, ask before planning a release around it. Include the platform name, target countries, intended use and release type. Support can clarify what is currently known, but cannot override a platform’s independent eligibility decision.
