Something must be corrected or clarified before delivery.
Approved / Delivered
The release passed internal review and has been sent to eligible platforms.
Live
The platform has published the release. Different platforms can become live at different times.
Understand the level of each status
A release-wide review status and an individual store’s delivery status describe different stages. An internal approval is not the same as public availability. Store-level Pending, Delivered or Takedown indicators should be interpreted for the specific destination shown.
Why platform pages may disagree
Services can receive updated metadata at different times. One store may show the release while another is still processing it, and public storefront information may lag behind internal records. Confirm the result on the actual platform before announcing that every destination is live.
When to report a mismatch
If the Portal and a store seem inconsistent, capture the exact status, affected platform, product link, relevant date and UPC. Support can use those details to investigate instead of relying on a screenshot without release identifiers.

Hiểu đúng phạm vi của từng trạng thái
Trạng thái xét duyệt toàn release khác với trạng thái phân phối theo từng cửa hàng. Việc được phê duyệt nội bộ không đồng nghĩa với nhạc đã công khai. Các nhãn Pending, Delivered hoặc Takedown cần được hiểu theo đúng nền tảng đang hiển thị.
Vì sao các nền tảng có thể khác nhau
Mỗi dịch vụ có thể tiếp nhận metadata mới vào thời điểm khác nhau. Một cửa hàng đã hiển thị release trong khi nơi khác vẫn xử lý; thông tin công khai cũng có thể cập nhật chậm hơn dữ liệu nội bộ. Hãy kiểm tra trực tiếp nền tảng trước khi thông báo nhạc đã lên trên mọi kênh.
Khi nào cần báo trạng thái không khớp
Nếu Portal và cửa hàng có thông tin khác nhau, lưu trạng thái cụ thể, nền tảng, liên kết sản phẩm, ngày liên quan và UPC. Support sẽ dễ kiểm tra hơn khi có mã định danh thay vì chỉ một ảnh chụp không rõ release.
