Delivering music to Spotify does not automatically mean Melodies Records controls your Spotify for Artists account.
Claim your official profile
Artists should claim or maintain their own official artist access whenever possible.

Find the correct artist page
Search Spotify for the artist name and check the releases already listed there. Artists can share names, so rely on the actual profile URL rather than choosing the first search result. A brand-new artist may not have a public page until Spotify has ingested the first eligible release.
Request profile access
Spotify for Artists is managed by Spotify, separately from Melodies Records delivery. Follow Spotify’s current claim or team-invitation workflow and use accurate artist or management information. Distribution does not automatically grant ownership of an artist dashboard.
Fix incorrect mapping
If the track appears under another person’s profile, send both the incorrect and intended Spotify profile URLs plus the affected release link and identifiers. For a new artist, explain that the correct page does not exist yet so the case can be handled appropriately.

Nếu track xuất hiện trên hồ sơ người khác, gửi URL Spotify sai và URL mong muốn, kèm link release và mã định danh. Với nghệ sĩ mới chưa có profile đúng, hãy nói rõ điều đó để yêu cầu được xử lý phù hợp.
