1. Submit
You provide the release assets and metadata.
2. Review
The release is checked for technical quality, metadata accuracy, rights concerns and platform eligibility.
3. Deliver
Approved releases are sent to the selected digital platforms.
4. Platform processing
Each platform ingests the release, maps artist profiles and publishes according to its own systems.
Before delivery
Your release package includes the sound recordings, artwork and descriptive metadata. A review can identify technical issues, inconsistent credits or missing rights information. Correcting these before delivery is generally easier than requesting changes after several stores have already ingested the release.
After delivery
Receiving a release does not mean every service will show it immediately. Stores may ingest audio, create product pages, match artists and apply their own content policies on different schedules. Publication dates and regional availability may therefore vary.
After the release is live
Check the main artist pages and product links rather than relying solely on a search result. Save your UPC and ISRCs, and report incorrect links, missing tracks or title errors with specific examples. Streaming and royalty reporting are separate processes that follow store reporting schedules.

Sau khi gửi đi
Nền tảng tiếp nhận bản phát hành không đồng nghĩa với việc nhạc hiển thị ngay lập tức. Mỗi nơi có thể xử lý âm thanh, tạo trang sản phẩm, ghép hồ sơ nghệ sĩ và áp dụng chính sách nội dung theo lịch khác nhau. Vì vậy ngày lên nhạc và khu vực khả dụng có thể khác nhau.
Sau khi nhạc xuất hiện
Hãy kiểm tra trang nghệ sĩ và đường dẫn sản phẩm trực tiếp, thay vì chỉ xem kết quả tìm kiếm. Lưu UPC, ISRC và báo lỗi liên kết, thiếu track hoặc sai tiêu đề bằng ví dụ cụ thể. Báo cáo lượt nghe và doanh thu là quy trình riêng, phụ thuộc lịch đối soát của nền tảng.
