Metadata checklist
Names and titles
Check artist spelling, featured artists, track titles, release title and version information.
Credits
Provide songwriter, producer and other required credits accurately. Do not use placeholder names.
Release information
Confirm language, explicit status, genre, label name, release date, identifiers and existing artist-profile links.
Verify the hierarchy
Confirm that the release title, track titles and artist roles are assigned at the correct level. A single, EP or album can require different release-level information, and a collaborator marked as a primary artist may appear differently from someone listed as featuring.
Complete the credits
List songwriters and composers consistently, distinguishing the people who wrote the composition from the people who performed or produced the sound recording. Check language, instrumental and explicit-content selections against the audio rather than leaving default values untouched.
Preserve identifying details
Review the scheduled date, correct artist-page links, prior ISRCs if relevant and any provided UPC. Keep a final copy of the metadata for future corrections. If a store displays something different, send the original values and the affected page URL to support.

Kiểm tra cấp độ thông tin
Xác nhận tiêu đề release, tên track và vai trò nghệ sĩ được nhập đúng cấp. Single, EP hoặc album có thể cần thông tin tổng khác nhau; nghệ sĩ chính cũng có cách hiển thị khác với nghệ sĩ featuring.
Hoàn thiện phần credit
Ghi người sáng tác và composer thống nhất, phân biệt người tạo tác phẩm với người biểu diễn hoặc sản xuất bản ghi. Đối chiếu ngôn ngữ, instrumental và nhãn explicit với nội dung âm thanh thay vì để nguyên giá trị mặc định.
Giữ lại thông tin định danh
Xem lại ngày dự kiến, liên kết profile nghệ sĩ, ISRC cũ nếu có và UPC được cấp. Lưu một bản metadata cuối để hỗ trợ các lần chỉnh sửa sau. Khi cửa hàng hiển thị khác, gửi giá trị ban đầu cùng URL bị ảnh hưởng cho support.
