Use a final master
Submit the final, full-quality master—not an unfinished demo, preview or social-media rip.
Avoid unnecessary conversion
Repeatedly converting between lossy formats can reduce quality. Keep the best available lossless master for distribution.
Check the file before sending
Listen from beginning to end for clipping, accidental silence, wrong versions, cut endings or export mistakes.
Export a delivery-ready file
Use a high-quality, lossless export from the final mix or master, keeping the original sample rate and bit depth wherever appropriate. The Portal may apply specific WAV validation requirements; check the uploader before converting. A compressed preview, screen recording or social download should not replace the distribution master.
Inspect every track
Listen from start to finish on headphones or monitors for silence, clicks, distortion, missing sections and incorrect fades. Confirm the song order and check that the filename corresponds to the intended title or version, especially for an EP or album.
If an upload fails
Record the file format, sample rate, bit depth, track number and exact error message. Avoid repeatedly re-encoding a lossy source into WAV because this does not restore quality. If the file meets the published specifications but fails validation, report the details to support.

Xuất file sẵn sàng phân phối
Dùng bản xuất lossless chất lượng cao từ bản mix hoặc master cuối cùng, giữ sample rate và bit depth phù hợp. Portal có thể kiểm tra định dạng WAV theo thông số cụ thể; hãy xem yêu cầu trên trang upload trước khi chuyển đổi. Không thay master bằng bản preview nén, ghi màn hình hay file tải từ mạng xã hội.
Nghe kiểm tra từng track
Nghe từ đầu đến cuối bằng tai nghe hoặc loa kiểm âm để phát hiện đoạn im lặng, tiếng tách, méo tiếng, thiếu phần nhạc và fade sai. Kiểm tra thứ tự bài và tên file tương ứng với đúng phiên bản, đặc biệt ở EP hoặc album.
Khi upload bị lỗi
Ghi lại định dạng, sample rate, bit depth, số thứ tự track và nguyên văn thông báo lỗi. Không nên liên tục chuyển một file nén sang WAV vì không thể khôi phục chất lượng đã mất. Nếu file đáp ứng yêu cầu công bố mà vẫn không upload được, hãy gửi chi tiết cho support.
