English and Vietnamese versions are written to communicate the same operational guidance.
Platform names remain unchanged
Names such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and SoundCloud are kept in their original brand form.
Browse in your preferred language
The Support Center provides English and Vietnamese versions of its main navigation and help articles. Choose the language control in the header and check that the article path has changed to the corresponding language.
When wording differs
Product names, platform statuses and technical identifiers may remain in English in the Vietnamese version to match the Music Portal and storefront interfaces. If a translated instruction seems ambiguous, include the original term and a screenshot of the relevant field in your support request.
Contacting the team
You may describe an issue in either supported language. Use the exact artist spelling, release title and identifiers regardless of the language of the message so the correct catalog entry can be located.

Khi cách diễn đạt khác nhau
Tên sản phẩm, trạng thái nền tảng và mã kỹ thuật có thể giữ tiếng Anh trong bản tiếng Việt để khớp với giao diện Music Portal và cửa hàng. Nếu câu hướng dẫn chưa rõ, gửi thuật ngữ gốc và ảnh trường dữ liệu liên quan trong yêu cầu hỗ trợ.

Bạn có thể mô tả sự cố bằng một trong hai ngôn ngữ được hỗ trợ. Dù dùng ngôn ngữ nào, hãy giữ nguyên cách viết tên nghệ sĩ, tiêu đề release và mã định danh để đội ngũ tìm được đúng dữ liệu.
