Read the reporting fields
A royalty statement may separate the usage period, reporting period, platform, territory, release, track, quantity, currency and monetary amount. These fields answer different questions: when the music was consumed, when it was reported and how the transaction was valued.
Avoid interpreting every play as a fixed rate
Per-stream earnings can vary with subscription model, geography, revenue pool, adjustments and platform policy. A figure in one month or territory should not be used as a universal forecast for future listening activity.
Reconcile records carefully
Keep UPCs and ISRCs aligned with your release catalog, compare periods on the same basis and note any corrections or reversals. If a row seems wrong, provide the statement period, platform, identifiers and exact row details to support without posting sensitive account information publicly.

Doanh thu trên mỗi stream có thể thay đổi theo loại thuê bao, quốc gia, quỹ doanh thu, điều chỉnh và chính sách của nền tảng. Con số một tháng hoặc một lãnh thổ không nên được dùng làm dự báo chung cho mọi lượt nghe trong tương lai.
Đối soát cẩn thận
