What do I need before submitting a release?
Release checklist
Prepare the final master audio, square cover artwork, artist name, release title, track titles, featured artists, songwriters, producers, label name, release date and any existing ISRC/UPC information.
Rights checklist
Confirm that you have permission for the master recording, composition, beat, samples, artwork and any third-party material used in the release.
Links that help
If the artist already has Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud or other official profiles, include those links. Correct profile links reduce the chance of a release being mapped to the wrong artist.
Prepare one final package
Use the final audio master and approved square artwork rather than draft assets. Collect the release and track titles, main and featured artists, songwriters, producers, language, explicit-content information and intended release date. Confirm that spelling and capitalization match across every track.
Confirm ownership and permissions
Before submission, check who owns the master and who controls the underlying composition. Keep written permission for licensed beats, samples, artwork and collaborators where it is needed. Having a file or giving credit does not by itself establish a right to distribute it.
Perform a final review
Listen through each audio file, check the cover at thumbnail size and verify artist profile URLs. If the release is being moved from another distributor, preserve the correct existing identifiers and decide on timing before asking for the previous delivery to be removed.

Sử dụng bản master đã hoàn thiện và artwork vuông được duyệt, không dùng file nháp. Tập hợp tên release, tên track, nghệ sĩ chính và góp mặt, người sáng tác, producer, ngôn ngữ, nhãn explicit và ngày dự kiến phát hành. Kiểm tra cách viết hoa và chính tả nhất quán giữa các track.
Xác nhận quyền và giấy phép
Trước khi gửi, hãy làm rõ ai nắm quyền đối với bản ghi âm và tác phẩm âm nhạc. Lưu bằng chứng cho phép sử dụng beat, sample, ảnh và phần đóng góp của cộng tác viên khi cần. Sở hữu file hoặc ghi credit không tự động đồng nghĩa với quyền phân phối.
Rà soát trước khi xác nhận
