If audio is linked to the wrong profile or title, include the exact sound/release URL and the intended artist profile.
Where the audio may appear
Delivery to TikTok or Meta can make an eligible recording available in certain music libraries, short-form-video features or creator experiences. The music may not appear as an ordinary streaming album page, and availability can vary across apps, accounts or territories.
Usage and rights restrictions
Business accounts, branded content, advertising placements and personal creator features can have different music-licensing rules. A track present in one library is not automatically licensed for every campaign or commercial use.
If a song is missing
Check the exact title and artist spelling, app type, region and whether the issue concerns a sound-library search or a specific video. Include screenshots and the affected link if available. Support can investigate distribution data, while the platform controls its final availability rules.
