Send both links
Provide the incorrect artist-page URL and the correct artist-page URL, plus the release link and UPC/ISRC if available.
Be specific by platform
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud and other services each use different profile systems, so identify the exact platform.
Platform processing time varies
Support can submit or coordinate a correction where available, but the platform controls when the change appears.
